Vendor agreement

You get a store page, a shareable link, product listings, an order dashboard, sales analytics and mobile money payouts. You keep ownership of your brand, photos and customer relationships.

• List only goods you actually have or can supply within your stated timeline.
• Show correct prices in Ghana cedis, inclusive of any tax you must charge.
• Respond to customer messages within one working day.
• Mark orders fulfilled only after the customer has received the goods.
• Honour your published returns policy and our baseline buyer protection.

Until tier-based pricing launches, we deduct the platform commission stated in your current seller agreement from each successful order. Selit's planned tiers will range from 5% on the Free plan to 0.5% on the Pro plan, with monthly subscriptions for paid plans. We will notify sellers before any new plan or fee applies. Payouts are queued to the mobile money account in your settings after an order is marked fulfilled. You are responsible for the accuracy of that number and account name.

We may ask for a Ghana Card, business registration or proof of your mobile money account before approving a store or releasing larger payouts. Verified stores carry a badge.

Where a buyer is entitled to a refund under our refunds policy and you have already been paid, we may recover the amount from your next payout. We will always tell you first and give you a chance to respond.

We may suspend a store for prohibited listings, repeated undelivered orders, fake products, abusive behaviour towards buyers or our staff, or suspected fraud. Except in cases of fraud or legal risk, we give notice and a chance to fix the problem.

Either side can end this agreement at any time. You must still fulfil orders already paid for, and we must still pay out amounts properly due to you.

You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including any income tax or VAT owed to the Ghana Revenue Authority on your sales.
